A Group Training Organisation (GTO) employs apprentices and trainees taking on a caretaker role. The GTO finds hosts for every apprentice and trainee. The hosts provide skills and industry training for the apprentice or trainee. If the GTO feels that the apprentice or trainee requires further skill advancement the GTO may rotate them.

This concept ensures that our future trades’ people receive the best start to their trade by being exposed to a complete range of industries and work environments.

MRAEL is part of a nationwide network of Group Training Organisations (GTOs) established to place Australians in employment and train them for the future.

Group Training concept works through the utilisation of training agreements which allows the training of apprentices & trainees within a framework of Host Employers.

Every apprentice or trainee is assigned a field officer who is dedicated to providing guidance, support & advice for the duration of the apprenticeship or traineeship.

MRAEL offers Group Training in Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Whitsundays, Emerald, Moranbah, Dysart, Bundaberg, Maryborough, Hervey Bay & Kingaroy.
