As an MRAEL apprentice or trainee you will be appointed an Field Officer who will guide you through your apprenticeship or traineeship, making sure every aspect of your training experience is rewarding and professional.
Your Field Officer will conduct regular meetings with you and your Partner Organisation to discuss your progression and will support and mentor you through until successful completion of your training.
