The engineering sector in the Central Coast is very male-dominated and women need support and encouragement.. MRAEL is supporting women in trades in the Central Coast region with an apprentice support hub where women can be involved in healthy discussions, listen to guest speakers, access helpful tools, and find plenty of encouragement.
About this support hub:
The free bi-monthly ‘Women in Trades’ event is aimed at women supporting women to a career pathway in trades like engineering, construction, and more. MRAEL female apprentices in the Central Coast region are invited to a regular Zoom meeting bi-monthly Tuesday at 5pm.
